By submitting music, artwork, metadata, or any other materials through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Ownership of Content

You represent and warrant that you are the sole owner of the submitted content or have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations from all copyright holders, performers, producers, songwriters, publishers, labels, and any other parties with an interest in the submission.

You further represent that submitting the content to us does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, contractual rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or any other legal rights of any third party.

License to Review and Promote

By submitting your music, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, evaluate, store, reproduce, transmit, and distribute your submission solely for purposes related to our playlist pitching, promotional services, internal evaluation, marketing, and business operations.

This license does not transfer ownership of your music to us. You retain all ownership rights in your submission.

No Guarantee of Placement or Results

Submission of music does not guarantee:

• Playlist placement

• Editorial consideration

• Inclusion on any Spotify playlist

• Streams, followers, listeners, revenue, exposure, or promotional success

• Acceptance into our promotional campaigns

All decisions regarding promotion are made at our sole discretion.

Editorial Independence

We do not own or control Spotify, Spotify editorial playlists, or independent playlist curators. Any playlist placements are determined solely by the playlist owner or curator.

We cannot guarantee that a curator will listen to, respond to, approve, or feature your music.

Promotional Methods

We reserve the right to determine which promotional methods, playlist curators, and marketing strategies are appropriate for each submission.

We may decline to promote any submission for any reason, including but not limited to quality standards, genre compatibility, technical issues, legal concerns, or business considerations.

Storage of Submitted Materials

We may retain copies of submitted materials for recordkeeping, customer support, internal business purposes, legal compliance, and future reference unless otherwise prohibited by applicable law.

We are under no obligation to permanently store your submission and are not responsible for any loss of submitted files. Artists are responsible for maintaining backup copies of all materials.

Copyright Claims

If we reasonably believe that a submission infringes upon the rights of another party, we reserve the right to reject, remove, suspend, or delete the submission.

We may cooperate with copyright owners and law enforcement where required by applicable law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless our company, its owners, employees, contractors, affiliates, partners, and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, settlements, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys' fees arising out of or relating to:

• Your submission;

• Your breach of this Agreement;

• Your violation of any law;

• Belief that your submission infringes the rights of another person or entity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from or relating to your submission or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the applicable service.

Under no circumstances shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost business opportunities, lost royalties, or loss of reputation.

Right to Reject

We reserve the unrestricted right to reject, remove, discontinue, or refuse any submission at any time and for any reason without explanation.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to us—including artist name, contact information, streaming links, ISRCs, release dates, and metadata—is accurate and up to date.
